American Heritage Chocolate is a dark chocolate inspired by chocolate recipes from Hannah Glass, John Nott, and others from the 18th century.
It is made in small batches and contains a blend of spices and ingredients from the 18th century such as cinnamon, nutmeg, red pepper, anise, and the warmth of vanilla to the tang of orange.
