"History Nerd" crewneck sweatshirt with WWII Paratrooper - 75th Anniversary of D-Day

Our exclusive History Nerd design with a World War II paratrooper on the front, and on the back, "Operation Overlord", "75", and the dates June 6, 1944 and June 6, 2019 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Operation Overlord, D-Day, and the invasion of Normandy Beach.

Includes a special 3" x 4.75" hang tag with the "Orders of the Day" that went to the troops that morning on one side and, on the other side, the handwritten message that General Eisenhower drafted the night before in the event that the operation was not successful. Read more about the hangtag here.

The sweatshirt: A super soft 7.8 ounce made with 50% cotton / 50% polyester and that has been pre-washed to reduce shrinkage. With ribbed waistband and cuffs.  This is a lightweight sweatshirt, and much lighter than the hooded sweatshirt we offer in other designs. Click on the "See size chart" button below to view the measurements before you select your size.
