Returns and exchanges

Contact us when you receive your item if there is any problem and we'll work with you to make it right.
We accept returns of defective merchandise and exchanges when alerted within seven days of receiving the item. Contact us for instructions by sending e-mail to Items should be in the original condition and not have been worn.

If we sent you something other than what you ordered, we will send the right item and a label for the return.

If you received the item ordered, but wish to exchange it for whatever reason, we will send you a postage-paid return mailer and will send the new item to you as soon as we receive the original one. If there is a difference in price, you will receive a credit or, if the new item is more expensive, we'll send you a link to pay.

There will not be any additional shipping charged unless the new item has a higher shipping charge than the original (e.g., exchanging a t-shirt for a hooded sweatshirt). 

If you simply don't want the item, we will refund the price of the merchandise when we receive it back in its original condition. If you wish to have us send your a postage-paid return label, we will be happy to e-mail you a PDF of a postage paid label that you can print out. We will deduct the amount for the return. The amount we deduct will be identical to the original shipping charge. If you used a discount code or otherwise received free or discounted shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost before the discount was applied.
