Commissioned by The Pursuit of History, this is limited to 200 prints, each signed and numbered by the artist, Larry Stuart. His design was inspired by the iconic posters of the national parks created by the Federal Art Project of Works Progress Administration in the 1930s that have now become collector's items.

Our print was painstakingly silk-screened in Richmond, Virginia in 12 colors. It is printed on 100# paper made by the 140-year old French Paper Company of Niles, Michigan. Since it’s depicting an important historic site in New York state, and is shipped from a fulfillment center in Kentucky, it’s 100% Made in the USA in every way possible.

Here's one comment we received from an early buyer:

"I am writing to let you know how beautiful the Fort Ticonderoga print is.  I'm going to frame it to hang in my office (when I can finally return to my office)."

-A. Chandler

Paper size: 16" x 20"

Also available, the other original fine art prints in this series, Gettysburg Battlefield limited edition print and USS Constitution limited edition print.

A framed option is also available. Please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping if you select that you'd like it framed.

Proceeds benefit the work of the non-profit organization, The Pursuit of History. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these prints will go to Fort Ticonderoga, which is a wonderful place to visit.

This design is also available in a small postercards, magnet, and sticker.

You can find more information on the Fort and the earlier WPA posters here.

Note that the print offered here is of original art commissioned by The Pursuit of History and is not a WPA design and is not in the public domain. It is copyrighted by The Pursuit of History and the artist, Larry Stuart.

What an amazing print. I got this for my Dad for his 90th Birthday, and he loved. I have stood with my Dad on Little Round Top and this print captures the scene with great authenticity.

          Absolutely gorgeous

The Gettysburg print is absolutely gorgeous. I can’t wait for my partner to open it for Christmas. He has led leadership rides for several years at several civil war battlefields which is why I leapt at the chance to get this print for him. I know he’ll love it.
