The illustration is by Maxfield Parrish (1870 - 1966), one of the most popular and widely published painters and illustrators of his age, for the poem “With Trumpet and Drum,” from the book, Poems of Childhood (1904). Below it, a verse from "Defence of Fort M’Henry,” which Francis Scott Key wrote in 1814 that officially became our national anthem on March 3, 1931.

As shown in the closeup photos, when you are near the picture, you can see the detail of the early 1900s color print that was the basis for this image.

Framed, hanging on a wall, it looks wonderful.
