"We hold these truths - July 4, 1776" Mugs

Love this mug. It lifts my mood when I have my morning coffee.

I bought this as a Father’s Day gift for my dad. He absolutely loves them! The historical message always lets him begin his day talking with someone at work about historical facts. They are all around great coffee mugs.

A nice cup of coffee in a patriotic mug. What an awesome start to go off into the world with a spring in your step. Thanks for the positive message.

Great product! A daily reminder of what truly makes America great.

Lee is such a pleasure to deal with, and all of his products are of top quality. This mug is no exception.

We received these mugs and were delighted with the quality of the design, the printing, and the mug itself. So rarely does a product live up to its advertising these days, but these mugs are definitely a pleasant exception to that rule. In addition, when I had a question about them I received a very prompt, friendly reply - amazing customer service! Can't wait to purchase more!

This is a great quality mug that provides me with a daily reminder of the chances American colonists took to provide us with the independence they desired for themselves and their progeny. An added benefit is that all beverages consumed from this mug taste like Liberty!

While one of my mugs arrived broken, it was replaced by a new one in just a few days. The customer service experience was terrific.

I received my mugs a couple weeks ago and have been using them for coffee, until the other day when I decided to tempt fate and used one for tea. It tasted like liberty. Seriously, these are another quality product I'm happy I bought. History List offers good value for money and great customer service. Thanks!

I purchased 4 of these mugs as a gift for someone who “has everything“. They arrived so well packaged, I hated to open the box within the box, but I wanted to see how they looked. They are absolutely gorgeous! They do not look cheap; they are elegant and well made. The white color of the mug is pure white, like porcelain. Some cheaper quality mugs would have a blueish tint, not these, they are pure white. Also, the high quality shows with the printing. The writing on it doesn’t look like it was stamped (sometimes you see a bleeding or smudging of the writing). They are just well made and are beautiful. They are the perfect gift for someone “who has everything”!

I love this mug. It looks fabulous, is high quality and I love that the purchase supports such valuable programs.

My father always said to, whenever possible, spend my money "twice." he meant buy fireworks from the stand supporting the local high school band, or a Christmas tree from the local church lot. I have always tried to follow this excellent suggestion, and there is no better way than to buy stuff from places that support historical causes. Not only are the mugs beautiful and large, they can be given as gifts to anyone on the political spectrum. I highly recommend making your purchases from the great folks at The History List--please!

Beautiful addition to any office desk or kitchen counter with simple expression of the declaration of independence. The mugs come well wrapped and therefore completely intact and make superb gifts to friends and family. Could also be a corporate gift for a business or not for profit! I recommend highly!

There's a certain amount of pleasure to be had roaming the halls of work with a mug that people stare at. Having "We hold these truths" in your hand can spark some looks and conversations.

And that's the fringe benefit. The bigger benefit is that these hold coffee.

Of course, as a mug: the printing/artwork is crisp and clean. I've hand-washed them, as is my habit with good-looking mugs, but the colors hold well. Highly recommended for the history lover's morning jolt of caffeine!

A well-made mug, received with great delight!

Just got my Truths mug and I love it. Simple, clear, and inspiring. Another History Camp success!
