Two editions:
- First edition includes jacket, but not maps — Note that the jacket is in rough condition. The first inside facing page has a small inscription to a gift recipient. See the photos for details.
- Second edition, with maps — Historical Map of the United States and map of Battlefields of the Civil War (double-sided). Copy is clean, with no inscription or other writing.
