Lexington and Concord "1775" Shirt — Made in the USA
Updated January 4: We're closing out this design. All shirts are $10 off.
Our original design recognizes the events on Lexington Green and at North Bridge in Concord that took place on April 19, 1775 and marked the beginning of the Revolutionary War.
"1775" on the front, and on the back, the list of towns who responded to the Lexington Alarm by sending militia companies. (It is not a list of towns where fighting took place.) The list is based on the muster rolls and uses the names of the towns as they were then known. (Regarding Arlington, in 1775 most of present day Arlington was part of Cambridge and called the Menotomy Precinct. It was later incorporated as a separate town, West Cambridge, and later still, the name was changed to Arlington.) Author and historian J.L. Bell has taken a close look at this and written about it here and here.

I have multiple ancestors who responded to the Lexington Alarm and their town is listed on this shirt. In fact, I confirmed their April 19, 1775 service via the book that served as resource for this shirt (thanks for the name of the book!)
Nice shirt. I’ve only washed once but so far so good. I plan to wear April 19 and possibly July 4. My kid wants one too :)
I ordered the Lexington and Concord t-shirt because I am a hostory teacher and love "nerdy" and "cool" history gear. I wore the t-shirt and challenged my students to figure out the meaning and explained the list of towns on the back. It didn't takes them long. Perfect.....a great t-shirt and a cool history lesson all-in-one!
Got it for my husband who grew up in MA. There’s a list of battles in MA on the back of the shirt & includes his hometown. Very special & shirt is nice quality!
Wow! It is soft and brilliant. I have to explain it to people sometimes, but, I just love this shirt.
I'm a fluffy gal and the 3x is the baggy in all kinds of perfect!
