"Life of Lincoln" - Volumes II, III, and IV (missing volume I of a four volume set) by Ida Tarbell — 1909

Full title: Life of Lincoln, drawn from original sources and containing many speeches, letters, and telegrams hitherto unpublished; illustrated with many reproductions from original photographs, paintings, etc. by Ida Tarbell. Published in New York by the Lincoln History Society in 1909. Vol. II, 220pp; Vol. III, 204pp; Vol IV, 272pp.

We have volumes II, III, and IV of this four-volume set.  (We are missing volume I.)

Previous owner's name inside, but otherwise unmarked and in very good condition with the exception of the binding on the spine of Vol. II having separated. (See the photo.)  In this and all of the other volumes the pages are tight and secure.

The National Women's Hall of Fame calls Tarbell, " . . . the most famous woman journalist of her time. . . . In 1922, The New York Times named her one of the 'Twelve Greatest American Women.'"
