Prepared with concurrent resolution of congress and under the direction of Joint Committee of Printing, House of Representatives, Washington D.C. Hardcover. Black blind-embossed pebble grain cloth with gilt lettering. Top edge gilt. Very good condition. 246 pp.

Contains the speeches delivered in honor of three former United States presidents who were assassinated while in office along with beautiful portraits of the three men.

The book includes the reprinting of George Bancroft's Lincoln eulogy of 12 February 1866, James G. Blaine's Garfield eulogy of 27 February 1882 and John Hay's McKinley eulogy of 27 February 1902.

Signed by American politician and a U.S. Representative from New Hampshire, Frank D. Currier.

Also included: Lincoln's address and a photograph. I'm not sure why the photograph was included with the book I received, but I'm including it, too.
