Framed lithograph of George Washington after the presidential portrait of Gilbert Stuart from "The Presidents" book published by the Gravure Company of America in 1901. With a facsimile signature at the bottom. Matted and framed in an ornate gold frame that shows signs of wear and age.

Note that I've not examined this out of the frame. 

Unlike some of the rare engravings we've offered, this is very modestly priced.  The reason to get this is for the entire package, the litho, the matting, and the ornate frame that shows some age.
