Our latest original design recognizes that the signers were putting their lives on the line.
On the front, 1776 and the text, "Our Sacred Honor". That phrase appears at the end of the Declaration.
On the back, we have the entire concluding sentence from the Declaration:
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
Beneath the text are the names of all 56 signers and the date, July 4, 1776. See below for notes on the names.

More information on the names and the way in which they appear
The order in which the names appear and the styling is from Katherine Goddard's printing of the Declaration, which was the first to include the names of the signers. (We have a hand-printed version you can order.)
We have replaced the long "s" with a regular "s," but otherwise left the styling as it appears in Goddard's.
We have moved John Hancock's name under his state. (His name appears at the bottom of the document on Goddard's Declaration.)
We have added Thomas McKean under Delaware, for which he was a delegate. He voted for independence on July 4, 1776, but was absent on August 2, 1776, when most delegates signed. His name was missing from Goddard's version and several other early printed versions. In 1796 he confirmed that he signed. The date of his signing has been listed as early as January 1777 and as late as 1781.
