Artistic Guide to Chicago and the World's Columbian Exposition by Charles Eugene Banks. Published in 1893 by the Columbian Art Co.

Includes extensive information on Chicago, including notable buildings and descriptions of business and industry. Also has a section on the Exposition.

Accompanied by a smaller blue book featuring the city of Chicago. Note that the smaller book not in great condition, with loose pages and, I'm assuming, a child once let loose to draw on the backs of a couple of pages.
