Original "Remember Dec. 7th!" WWII Posters — Linen backed — Two sizes, one very large

Updated on February 26: These two posters are sold.
Printed in early 1942, this is one of the most famous posters of WWII.
Both are original, in excellent condition, and linen-backed. The quote, of course, is from Lincoln's Gettysburg Address: "We here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain."
The poster was designed by Allen Saalburg (1899-1987), an illustrator and printmaker.
I collected these two over an extended period and had them linen backed. I decided to offer them at the same time so that people saw the two sizes and could select the one they wanted:
- 22 x 27.5"
- 40" x 56"
The linen backing helps preserve the poster and makes it much easier for a framer to work with. You can also hang these unframed.
Both are in excellent condition, with no rips or tears, minimal folds, and vibrant colors.
Shipping: $25 and $50. Will be shipped via UPS. Please allow one week shipping.
