Colonial Currency — Maryland — April 10, 1774 — Six dollars

$475.00

Six dollars note from Maryland dated on April 10, 1774

Signers: J [John] Clapham and Wm [William] Eddis

Note size: 2.75" x 5"

This is in good condition.

This note is in a 4" x 6" freestanding Lucite frame to protect the currency while allowing you to display it standing or flat. The two pieces of Lucite are held together with magnets, which makes it easy to remove the currency for a closer inspection or to frame in a different manner or to store.

Note that the manufacturer claims UV protection, but I haven't seen any technical report, so recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight.

Important note on the care of these frames: Use a microfiber cloth or similar to remove dust and fingerprints. Do not use household cleaners.

Shipping: $10. Please allow one week for shipping.

Every product that is made in America states that in the product description and includes the "Made in U.S.A." graphic. There are a relatively small number of items where we’ve not been able to find a manufacturing partner here in the States, but we continue to look.
